Refund policy

 

14-day return policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Log in to your account at monarkmarquis.com/account or open your order confirmation email and click "View your order"
2. On the order status page, select the item(s) you wish to return, provide the reason, and submit a return request
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email
4. Pack the item securely and attach the return label included in your original package
5. Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office

Return Shipping Cost: A return shipping fee of 5€ will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the return shipment.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Socks and hosiery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale and heavily discounted items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
